Every team member carries a company identity card with their name, id number, photograph, office address and phone number and their disclosure number issued by the UK governments Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). These cards are fully PD6662, SIA and ACPO compliant. We encourage you to verify the credentials of our staff by calling the NSSA number on the back of the card. NSSA will cross reference the details held on their database against those on the Photo ID Card and confirm that they are indeed fully registered or otherwise. It is the most secure and rigorous checking system in the UK.
Furthermore, all our team members are security screened by National Security Screening Agency Limited (NSSA) prior to joining the company and compliant with British Standard BS 7858.

You might need to register with the manufacturer for the warranty to be valid. During Your Warranty Period We will repair any faults that develop with the Equipment We have supplied or provide an equivalent replacement as determined by us. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
