Security Screening
Every team member carries a company identity card with their name, id number, photograph, office address and phone number and their disclosure number issued by the UK governments Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). These cards are fully PD6662, SIA and ACPO compliant. We encourage you to verify the credentials of our staff by calling the NSSA number on the back of the card. NSSA will cross reference the details held on their database against those on the Photo ID Card and confirm that they are indeed fully registered or otherwise. It is the most secure and rigorous checking system in the UK.
Furthermore, all our team members are security screened by National Security Screening Agency Limited (NSSA) prior to joining the company and compliant with British Standard BS 7858.
Training and Education
Our team member will install your mobile app, help you set up your computer account and educate you on how to gain the maximum value from your subscription. Learn how to set a schedule for when a camera should pick up movement and when it shouldn’t or automatically capture video when an alarm is raised, or movement is detected. Learn how easily you can manage multiple devices in multiple homes all in under one app and how you can purchase the requisite hardware. Increase or reduce the temperature, unlock door locks, ward off intruders -Packed with loads of features, our trained professionals will show you how a Tutum Home subscription is your gateway to a modern life.
Installation fee of £9.90 will be added to the basket. For self Installation the fee will be refunded.
In addition to, and without affecting, Your statutory rights Tutum Home Equipment (and their component parts) are supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery of the Order (“Warranty Period”). Details of what it covers, and other important terms if any will be in Your warranty documentation that may be available in the Equipment packaging. You might need to register with the manufacturer for the warranty to be valid. During Your Warranty Period We will repair any faults that develop with the Equipment We have supplied or provide an equivalent replacement as determined by us. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
