Introduction To Z-Wave Plus™

Z-Wave Plus™ is a new step within the Z-Wave certification process, designed to help consumers identify products that take advantage of the recently introduced 'GEN5' Z-Wave hardware platform, also known as 500 Series or 5th Generation Z-Wave. Z-Wave Plus certified solutions feature a selected set of extended features and capabilities that enhance the end user experience and make Z-Wave installations even faster and easier to install and set up.

Z-Wave has led the market in interoperable smart devices for the home since the first Z-Wave product was certified in 2004. With the introduction of the GEN5, Z-Wave 500 series hardware platforms, Z-Wave saw its ecosystem bolstered with new capabilities – including increased range, extended battery life, Over-The-Air upgrading (OTA), additional RF channels and more.

Everything on our website is in stock, ready to despatch, unless specifically stated otherwise. We aim to despatch within 2 working days but 99.9% of orders placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Sorry, we are unable to despatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Acceptance of goods

All parcels will be delivered to the delivery address you provide and not necessarily to you in person. If someone else signs for or otherwise accepts your parcel, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered and no claim for none delivery will be accepted. If your parcel is delivered to BFPO, a block of flats, a university hall of residence, a house of multiple occupancy or a place of work it will be up to you to recover the parcel from whoever accepted it. 

All deliveries must be accepted upon presentation by our delivery agents, even if you no longer want the products for any reason what so ever. Refusal to accept delivery of a parcel will render you liable for return delivery charges which can be substantial. If there is a problem with the parcel you are receiving, please still accept the delivery, ask the courier to record the nature of the problem and then contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue for you.

Re-delivery or redirection may be possible at additional cost.  

Faulty or damaged goods

We will refund return delivery charges if we despatch faulty or damaged goods, goods not ordered by you or substitute goods which you prefer not to accept.  In all instances our prior consent to the item being returned is required and we reserve the right to stipulate the return delivery method.  If you choose an alternative delivery method, this will be at your own expense.  You shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.

Damage caused in transit can only be claimed if the damage is reported to the carrier upon signing for the goods.
